Aleesha has been able to make herself the top female bodybuilder in the latter part of the year. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. Her father participated in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha was a sports fan before like basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014. She first began competing in the year 2008. The following year, she competed in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015 she held onto her ninth place. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha improved and was able to win her first professional competition in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix event, in which she was 4th overall in 2020. The "World's most powerful mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding for medical reasons.
